• All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS and should be received within 5-8 business days after processing ( USPS IS BEHIND PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRACKING NUMBER WITH USPS 1ST BEFORE CONTACTING OUR OFFICE) unless you purchase a pre-order item which it will state next to the name of the item the estimated ship date. Additional shipping charges apply for expedited shipping. Also if you would like a signature confirmation or shipping insurance please select that at check out that will be an additional charge to you. If you have an issue with receiving your package and we have provided a tracking number please call your local post office first. We are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages we strongly suggest you pay for signature require or insurance for extra protection.
  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 to 7 days of receipt excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and holidays. We will notify you via email or phone in cases of back order or out-of-stock items.
  • Pre-order items will have a Ship Date next to the name of the item that is an estimate it can take longer or arrive sooner so please have patience when purchasing those styles because you will not be able to cancel a preorder but you can exchange it if the item meets the exchange criteria.
  • Once an order is placed it can not be cancelled but you can exchange it if the item meets the exchange criteria.
  • Our policy is as follows we only issue store credit no refunds.
  • If you select shipping then decide to pickup instead we can't refund you for the shipping cost.
  • Yes. International shipping is available. International shipping usually arrives within 10-15 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Upon checkout, various international shipping rates will displayed to you. Also once your package is shipped you may have additional fees to pay depending on your country.
  • Standard Shipping – $10.95
  • Overnight – $47 (please don't count the day your place the order because your package will not ship until that next business day for ex. if you place the order on the 10th it will not ship until the 11th must be a business day which is Wednesday-Saturday. We are not responsible for the carrier delays this is the responsible of the carrier company.
